Ingredients
* 1/2 cup + 1 tsp organic coconut oil melted
* 1 tbsp powdered sweetener of choice or more, to taste
* 1/4 tsp peppermint essence
* 2 tbsp cocoa unsweetened
* 1/2 tsp lecithin
* Your Product
Directions
1. Heat coconut oil on low heat until clear
2. Mix the melted coconut oil with the sweetener, lecithin, peppermint essence and Your Product.
3. Pour half the mixture into silicon molds or ice cube trays.
4. Place in the freezer. This will become the white layer.
5. Now add the cocoa powder to the remaining mixture, allow to cool, then pour onto the white layer which has set.
6. Pop back into the freezer until set completely.
7. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
