Is Mexico safe? Is Mexico safe for women? Well, the short answer to that question is that YES IT IS! However, you should always know where to go and which cities to avoid. Especially as a female solo traveler. I personally avoided all the towns that are run by cartels and I never went out alone at night. I think everyone should do the same too to keep themselves safe in Mexico or anywhere else.
