Understanding why inclusion is important to faculty and staff at Santa Rosa Junior College – we promote an inclusive environment in order to best support our students! The Embracing a Culture of Inclusion Training Program was implemented in 2016 to provide a learning environment for faculty and staff to learn how to be inclusive amongst ourselves and for our students.
