Hello future Intoxalock customers. Let
me tell you the experience I had with the interlock.
I like I love it to death. I have no
issues with them at all.
24 hours - the customer service is there for you if you ever need help. And my
experience with interlock device has
been simply great. You simply hold on to
the button, and just press the button. And
it'll say clearing. Then you'll blow. What
you would do: you will blow, then
inhale, then blow. And essentially you're
done inhaling. Let me just show you.
You'll feel a buzz, it will say okay
"sampling" and it's gonna say he passed.
Which is good and you have 57 seconds - so you have a minute to start your vehicle.
I'm not gonna start my vehicle. So to
let you guys know how it works and then
how it changed my life of me knowing
that I don't - you know ever since my
situation - I don't drink alcohol at all
anymore. After having this installed
in my vehicle, I know for a fact that I'm
not intoxicated. So you simply start
your car as you would. Then you
will have three to four minutes or so.
It will say "battery okay" which is a
good thing. You always want to have your
battery good, or else your system is not gonna be operating correctly. You have a camera there
it would actually snap a photo of
you, making sure that you're the one
that's doing the breathalyzer.
Say for example you parked your car and
you told your buddies "you can drive the
car" and had the interlock device in there.
And if he was consuming alcohol and it had a bad reading they can look at the pictures
and say "hey it's it's not the, - it's not our client
it is someone else." It also has a GPS
monitoring system there. But I would
recommend the interlock to any to anybody that needs a quote-unquote "blower
in the system." Because it's like this, I showed you, just
hit a button, and your exhale inhale exhale.
That's really simple to use and as
you go down the road - you know like 3-4 minutes later you just simply do
it again, and that be it, ya know. Once you turn off your car - I'm gonna
do an example. You turn off your car the
machine will pop up and display "restart."
"Wait for restart."
You got three minutes - say if you gotta
pump gas or something, you just have to
get out your car or anything
like that, then you start your car again.
See how I started up with no problems.
And there you go! Very, very good
technology for someone that had a
situation, that you would still be able
to go to work and back, church, you know
just important places. But you have to
get business taken care of and the interlock is there for you. And I just want
to say thank you so much for everything
that you have done for me. And all the
customer service - I was - you know
asking questions this and that. You guys
were there for me, thank you very much!
