Balance & Stability (Week 4 of 4)
These exercises work your core muscles, lower back, and leg stabilizers.
The aim is to maintain control of the body while moving or being moved.
We will be challenging our balance and stability through a series of progressive exercises.
Level 4 sessions are designed for people who can walk independently with a stick or a trekking pole indoors and outdoors on even surfaces.
