Hello, friends I always do morning workouts, mostly Indian traditional Desi exercises like Sapate and Dand and Baithak, Skipping or Jumping rope, push-ups, desi squats, and most likely cycling. Daily I cycling for more than 10KM to go and back from my workplace.
I always motivate people by challenging them to do more reps.
