When ordering an Omakase, the menu is a surprise and is decided by the chef based on what the best produce there is that day. The first Omakase I went to was in Cafe Japan (Golders green), every Nigiri was delicious and the price was £42 (they also don't charge service charge). The second was a michelin star rated Omakase experience in Takahashi (Wimbledon) where 17 courses were served for price of £125 or £100 if you go without wagyu. Everything was perfect and top quality.
