Note that you need to start the combo with full bars but you'll build an entire super bar after the EX Tiger Shot in the beginning. The V-skill is not necessary.
The four parts of the combo is as follows:
1: J.lk (cross up), cr.lk, cr.lp, EX low Tiger Shot, hk. Tiger Knee.
2: St.hk, cr.mp, high Tiger Shot, VT activation, Tiger Cannon, dash, lk. Tiger Knee.
3: St.hk, cr.mp, hp. Tiger Uppercut.
4: J.hk, st.hk, Tiger Cannon, hp. Tiger Uppercut, Critical Art.
