Wedding Style Khichu
Ingredients:
3 Cup – Water
1 tsp – Cumin
1 tsp – Carom Seeds
1tbsp – Ginger Chilli Paste
Salt to taste
1 tbsp – Peanut Oil
1 tsp – Papad Khar (Alkaline Salt)
1+1/2 Cup – Rice Flour (Fine)
Method:
Take a Pan add water, Let Boil then add Cumin, Carom Seeds, Ginger Chilli Paste, Salt to taste, Let Boil Completely and Color Change then add Peanut oil, then add Papad Khar, Mix and add Rice Flour and Mix with rolling Pin or Belan
Close the Lid and Give Rest for 5 Min and Take Silicon Mast and Knead it Like Smooth Dough, Make a Small Roll it.
Take a Steamer and Keep Roll for Steam for 12-15 min. Give Rest for 5 Min and Cut into small Pieces.
Serve with Peanut Oil and Pickle Masala.
