An investigation has been launched after it was revealed that tombstones from a Jewish cemetery were used to build a power substation (pictured inset) in the 1960s. The chilling discovery was made in Lithuania's capital city, Vilnius, where officials now want to tear the structure down and return the desecrated headstones to the country's tiny Jewish community.
