This is a black obsidian crystal healing ASMR Reiki session (No talking). I use obsidian crystal healing and smudging with sage, plucking and pulling away negative energy and I create an aura protection shield. This is good to use if you want a protective healing. Black obsidian stone is said to be a powerful protection stone that that links to the base / root chakra. It also said to be very calming, absorbing your stress and tension. So this Reiki distant healing is good if you want to work on any of these areas. Watch as often as you need.
This healing video session combines relaxing ASMR hand movements that has no talking and Crystal Reiki healing from myself (a Reiki Master) using a black obsidian stone. I have used sacred Reiki and Angelic symbols for healing to empower the Reiki energy.
This spiritual 10 minute meditation is perfect for watching just before bed as you do not need the sound on, but there is relaxing new age music if you do wish to listen.
