Separation Studio NXT and AccuRIP Emerald work together nesting separations to save film. In AccuRIP set the media size to match the film size being used then turn on Nesting. Click Apply. In Sep Studio, using User Defined settings, set the “Print Size” to be divisible into the printable width of your media by two or more. Printable area is generally half an inch less than media width. Or choose a template size that divides into the printable width of your media by two or more. Solutions that work for you. Freehand and you, together we got this.
