(9 Aug 1978) Seaborne Israeli peace crusader, Abie Nathan, has been refused permission to land medical supplies, toys and childrens' sweets to war ravaged Beirut. Nathan brought his ship bearing the gifts into Beirut harbour but Lebanese patrol boats forced him to move outside territorial waters before he could unload.
