Instant Masala Peanut Recipe
1 cup dry roast Peanut
2 tablespoon refined oil
4-5 curry leaves
1 tablespoon turmeric powder
Hing (as per taste)
Salt (as per taste)
1 tablespoon chaat masala
1 tablespoon garam masala
1 tablespoon Coriander powder
1 chopped onion
1 chopped tomato
1-2 chopped green chilly (as per taste)
Method of Preparation
Step 1. Take pan on heat and add refined oil.
Step 2. Then add curry leaves and add spices like: turmeric powder, hing, salt, chaat masala, garam masala, coriander powder and mix well.
Step 3. Now cook on slow flame for 1 minutes.
Step 4. Then add dry roasted peanuts and mix well for 1-2 minutes on slow flame and keep aside.
Step 5. Then take a bowl and transfer masala peanuts and add chopped onion, tomato, green chilly and mix well.
Now, Garnish with fresh chopped coriander and namkeen.
Tasty & Crunchy Masala Peanut is ready for serve.
