Back roll out - if you’ve never tried the Chirp wheel, these are rollers made ESPECIALLY for your back. With the spinal canal, the wheel cradles your spine and massages the muscles along your back with the raised sides. The 5” width fits perfectly between your shoulder blades to dig into those knots that hide near and beneath your scapula.
