In our last video, we talked about all the benefits of buying a new construction home. Today we’re going to play devil’s advocate and talk about some of the cons of building a new home. For example, a new home takes time to build. While the purchase of a resale home only takes a month or two, building a brand-new home could take upwards of a year to complete.
