Our sacral chakra, also called “Svadhisthana” is the second primary chakra and is located in the pelvic area. It is responsible for movement, flow, care, pleasure, relationships, creativity and much more.

The gift of the sacral chakra is experiencing our lives through feelings and sensations, joy and pleasure. The sacral chakra is associated with the emotional body, sensuality and creativity. The energy of the sacral chakra allows us to experience every moment as it is, in all its fullness. It allows us to let go and feel change and transformation taking place in our body.

Sadly, the society we live in mostly does not encourage us to be ourselves, to live and express our emotions and creativity. So from an early age, we very often have to repress our emotions, ideas and desires. We are told not to cry, not to express ourselves publicly and to be ashamed of our feelings and needs. All this suppressed energy remains stuck in the second chakra and causes imbalances.

It is therefore vital to open and heal our sacral chakra to restore balance and allow emotions, creativity, love and joy flow into our life again.


Our throat chakra (also called “Vishuddha”) is the first of the three spiritual chakras, the energy center within our bodies associated with communication, truth, and self-expression.

Negative and/or traumatising experiences from the past can often lead to an unbalanced and even blocked throat chakra. We then find it hard to express our emotions in a clear and healthy way. We might struggle to verbalize our thoughts or constantly feel ignored or misunderstood by others. We might be or feel shy around others and find it hard to be our authentic self.

When our throat chakra is open, we are able to freely express ourselves and our truth. We can show and express our feelings, thoughts and attitudes openly, in full acceptance of our own weaknesses.

People with an opened, healthy and balanced throat chakra are open to any kind of inspiration and communication. They can perceive their desires clearly and without hesitation, and are able to manifest them in their lives and make them come true.

It is therefore vital to open, heal and balance your throat chakra in order to be authentic to ourselves and others and attain integrity with our soul.


The present music for meditation and/or sleep is based on a natural 432Hz chakra grid. According to this grid, the frequency our sacral chakra can resonate with, is 288 Hz, and the frequency for our throat chakra 384Hz. All instruments have been specifically and carefully tuned to 288Hz and 384Hz. Therefore, the music in this video is an original 288Hz + 384Hz composition and has not been artificially tuned to these frequencies after completion. I am convinced that composing music in the original frequency will lead to better results when it comes to deploying the positive energy and benefits of these particular chakra frequencies.
