Strange noise - sounds like timing chain?

Update: Tensioner replaced, no problems anymore.

Update 2: After replaced tensioner, problem occurs again (after 10.000km). It will need whole chain system replace.

Update 3: After whole chain system replaced, the problems occured again after 10.000km. (40.000km). We just sold the car.

Update 4: New owner said - at around 45-50.000km, the chain snapped and caused totaled engine.
