Social media has gone into overdrive as the unveiling of a bronze bust of #CristianoRonaldo grabbed his fans' attention during the renaming of the Madeira local airport as 'Aeroporto Cristiano Ronaldo'.
The Twitter account Footy Jokes has manipulated a picture of #Ronaldo to make him look like the statue. Most people say it looks nothing like him. Meanwhile Gunner Designs did the opposite, and has pasted the bronze bust onto a photo of the football player. The caption reads: "Ronaldo is looking good".
It's not the first time a representation of Ronaldo has made headlines. The Portuguese captain unveiled a statue of himself outside his museum in Funchal in 2014. He's also has various waxworks across the world - all of which look more like him than that bronze bust.
