Pitbull VS Kangal - Turkish Kangal VS American Pitbull Terrier Comparison - ENIK

Today we will compare Pitbull and Kangal dogs. We will learn by comparing the characteristics of two dog breeds. Criteria are bite force, energy level, muscularity, easy to groom, guard, intelligence, aggressiveness, kid friendly. You will learn the characters of these dogs most closely. If you want a family-friendly, cute, strong and energetic dog, Pitbull will be the best dog for you. But if you want to protect you and shepherd a large herd, Kangal is an indispensable option. However, I could not make a decision about which dog is better. You decide after watching this video.

❗The video was made just to compare two animals and give information about them. It is not intended to be violent or shocking. It is a documentary and there is violence in natural life. My purpose is to just compare a Pitbull dog breed and a wild animal wolf in this video. I am absolutely against harming animals. The thumbnail photo is an auto shot with a photo trap that shows a pitbull trying to stop a wolf attacking a herd of sheep at midnight. There is no violence against animals and there is no human intervention

Pit bull is the common name for a type of dog. Formal breeds often considered in North America to be of the pit bull type include the American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, American Bully, and Staffordshire Bull Terrier. The American Bulldog is also sometimes included. Many of these breeds were originally developed as fighting dogs from cross breeding bull-baiting dogs (used to hold the faces and heads of larger animals such as bulls) and terriers. After the use of dogs in blood sports was banned, such dogs were used as catch dogs in the United States for semi-wild cattle and hogs.
The Kangal Dog is a large, powerful, heavy-boned dog, whose size and proportions have developed naturally as a result of its continued use in Turkey as a guardian against predators. The head is large and moderately wide with drop ears. A properly proportioned Kangal Dog is slightly longer (measured from prosternum to point of buttocks) than tall (measured from the withers to the ground), and length of the front leg (measured from point of elbow to the ground) should equal slightly more than one-half of the dog's height. The tail, which is typically curled, completes the distinctive silhouette. The Kangal Dog has a double coat that is moderately short and quite dense. The Kangal Dog has a black mask and black velvety ears which contrast with a whole-body color which may range from light dun to gray. Honorable scars or other evidences of injury resulting from working in the field are not to be penalized.
