There are fears the captain of the Ruby Princess may have been exposed to COVID-19 after the crew member responsible for serving his meals tested positive for the virus.
New South Wales Premier Gladys Berejiklian established a special commission of enquiry into the virus-stricken vessel after it emerged police and coronial investigations could take a year to finalise.
