In Jammu and Kashmir, the second phase of the ongoing assembly elections, which are happening after a gap of ten years, is scheduled on September 25 in which 26 constituencies are going for polls, including 15 seats in Kashmir Valley and 11 in Jammu division. The second phase of elections will seal the fate of 256 candidates, including some heavyweights like former chief minister of J&K and National Conference vice president Omar Abdullah, JK Pradesh Congress Committee chief Tariq Hameed Karra, BJP leader Ravinder Raina, and Apni Party chief Altaf Bukhari.
