The European Committee of the Regions held its 134th plenary session on 10 and 11 April 2019.
On the first day of the plenary, the "Cities And Regions for Integration of Migrants" Initiative was launched in presence of the Commissioner Avramopoulos.
The CoR members also held a debate on the future EU budget with the Chair of the European Parliament's Committee on Budgets Jean Arthuis.
On the second day of the plenary, a debate on fundamental rights and EU values was held, with participation of the First Vice-President of the European Commission Frans Timmermans.
