Coronation quiche recipe: recipe for King Charles III's coronation quiche, or Coronation quiche.
My version of the spinach, broad bean and tarragon quiche. This is the quiche that was chosen by King Charles III and Queen Consort Camilla for their coronation dinner on May 6, 2023.
It is an original vegetarian quiche, with spring ingredients.

Ingredients:
1 shortcrust pastry
400g of beans
400g of spinach
3 tablespoons of fresh cream
4 eggs
1 to 2 tablespoons of tarragon
100g of grated cheese
