Paintwork and surface treatment are a clear sign of our commitment to manufacturing excellence.

Our trademark DINO white is inspired by the Nordic winter and our experience of brutal winter conditions gives us an edge on understanding the importance of proper corrosion protection.

That’s why our coating process is divided into four phases: automated pre-paint blasting, protective zinc coating, base coating and top coating. After each phase, our paintwork team inspects the coating visually for possible defects. Coating thickness is measured with an electronic gauge at the end of the process.

To improve process flow and safety, lift components move along elevated tracks. The inside of the boom and chassis housing is also protected against corrosion and cracking.

We work closely with paint suppliers to ensure paints and coatings meet our quality requirements.

We are also investing in paint process automation to improve coating consistency and performance.
