Tank Warning Net was a five-piece punk group from Skopje, Macedonia! President's Choice was a (one-off?) group from Greensboro, North Carolina! Not a ton of info on either band and I have no idea when this tape was released, but most of TWN's releases were put out toward the end of the 90s. Distributed by Slovenian label White Crime (#17)!
