The Delmar Loop provides college students in the area another option of night life and entertainment. Not just college students, but people of all ages. I drive through the Central West End neighborhood of St. Louis, which some would say is the cities nicest. I also drive by St. Louis University, and through the Grand Center district which holds a couple of classic theaters.
