Cookie and cream fudge:
White couverture: 350 g
Condensed milk: 50 g
Heavy cream: 150 g
Crushed oreos: 60g
Whole oreos: 9 pc
Method:
1. Prepare 6 inch square ring by cling wrapping it twice then keep it aside for further use.
2. Melt white chocolate and condensed milk together.
3. Warm heavy cream and add it to the melted chocolate and condensed milk mixture and mix properly.
4. Lastly fold in crushed oreos.
5. Pour the mixture to the prepared tin and place 9 whole oreos on top.
6. Freeze for 3-4 hours.
7. After 3-4 hours, remove the cling wraps and run a heat gun through the outer part of the ring.
8. now lift the ring and cut the fudge into 9 equal square pieces.
