Today I’m gonna show you eid ul Adha Special mutton keema cutlets with aloo (mashed potato ) very easy tasty 😋 try this recipe & give feedback comments below 👇🏻

Aloo keema cutlets
Ingredients
400 gm mutton keema
2 medium sized boiled mashed potato
2 medium sized chopped onion
3 tblsp chopped mint leaves
3 tbsp chopped fresh coriander leaves
1 tblsp green chilli paste
2 piece chopped green chilli
1 tblsp ginger and garlic pastel
1/2 tsp black pepper Powder
1/2 tsp garam masala / ground spices
Half tsp M.S.G ajinomoto - you can skip
Half tsp cumin powder
1 tsp salt
⁃ in a pan add 1 tblsp oil add 1 tsp cumin seeds sauté .
⁃ Add keema cook until it’s change the colour .
⁃ Then add M.S.G (ajinomoto), black pepper, chopped green chilli.
⁃ Cover & cook for 10 minutes on medium flame.
⁃ Add ginger & garlic paste cook dor 5 minutes
⁃ Add salt, ground spices (Homemade garam masala), cumin powder. Mix well
⁃ Then add chopped onion & turn off the flame.
⁃ Let it cool
⁃ Add cooked keema in mashed potato then mix well. Add chopped mint leaves, chopped fresh coriander leaves.
⁃ Squeeze 1 lemon juice 🍋
⁃ Then make a cutlets
⁃ Egg wash : add half tsp black pepper powder, red chilli flakes, salt . Whisk well.
⁃ Deep cutlets in egg wash then coat it well in breadcrumbs.
⁃ Fry the cutlets on medium flame in hot oil
⁃ Fry it for 4-5 minutes on each sides then remove it on the kitchen paper.
⁃ Serve hot with lemon or ketchup ✌🏻
