Here are the major differences summarized:
The GO:KEYS has generally superior sounds, is slightly nicer to play, has filter controls, built-in Bluetooth and professional-sounding beats. HOWEVER, it has no serious pitch bend, no effects (other than the filter control and the 'hard-wired' effects relating to particular sounds) and no arpeggiator.
The CT-S400 Has sounds that are 90% as good with the bonus of 2 (albeit simple) effects layers, an arpeggiator, USB drive socket and a pitch bend wheel. HOWEVER! Its beats sound amateur by comparison, and Bluetooth requires a device that has to be purchased separately.
Neither has any serious sequencing or synthing, and both seem optimized for live play.
