Eggs and potatoes cooked in the fire is one of the most enjoyable and simple dishes.
This dish has a pleasant combination with local butter, lavash bread, fresh vegetables and a glass of cool buttermilk.
The ingredients of bread:
215 grams of lukewarm water
350 grams of bread flour
5 grams of instant yeast
7 grams of salt
4 grams of sugar
10 grams of oil
We mix all the dry ingredients together, then add water and oil to the dry ingredients and knead until a smooth dough is obtained. Then we rest for about an hour and then knead the dough and roll it out with a rolling pin. And cook each side for two minutes in a hot pan.
Living in the village and working in the village and taking care of the garden and picking crops may seem hard, but it is very pleasant.
Eating fresh fruit picked from the tree and even making a cake with fresh fruit is great.
