Tonight I bring you a video to put you to sleep! We'll have lots of focus snaps, light triggers (bright light, soft light, blue light, flashing lights) with follow the light and lots of blink on command to make your eyes super heavy and tired and help you fall asleep! We'll also have eyes closed triggers, counting and others!
Video is in soft spoken voice with occasional ear to ear whispering (for lots of tingles!!).

What is ASMR??
