Pretty Little Liars star Keegan Allen revealed a HUGE shocker to our cameras when we caught up with the star at the Teen Vogue party. Keegan, who plays Toby on the hit TV show, filled us on some pretty juicy info when we caught up on the red carpet. Obviously, fans and insdiers like ourselves were completely and totally shocked when we found out that Toby is a part of the A-Team.
