On today's News Night, Athar Khan discusses, 21 opposition parties file a review petition in the Supreme Court asking it to order verification of 50% of the EVMs using the voter-verifiable paper audit trail (VVPAT) machines. The petition was moved after cases of alleged malfunctioning of EVMs were reported from across the nation during the three phases of the 2019 Lok Sabha elections.
