The decision whether Supreme court registrar, Esther Nyaiyaki, will appear before the Ethics and Anti Corruption Commission or not, now lies in the hands of the President of the Supreme Court, Justice David Maraga. Nyaiyaki who has been summoned by the ethics body, has written to the CJ, requesting permission to honour the invite. The registrar is accused of doctoring the outcome of the scrutiny exercise, as ordered by the Supreme Court, during the presidential election petition. The report was relied upon by the majority to nullify the election. Ken Mijungu with the details.
