Ingredients:
1/2 cabbage (500g)
Onion: 100g
Cooking oil: 1 tbsp
Black pepper: 1/5 tsp
Salt: 1/3 tsp
Red chili powder: 1/5 tsp
Carrot: 100g
Green onion: 25g
Eggs: 3
Oatmeal: 3 tbsp
Wheat flour: 2 tbsp
Cooking oil: 1 tbsp
Instructions:
1. Chop 500g cabbage.
2. Sauté 100g chopped onion in 1 tbsp of cooking oil for about 2-3 minutes.
3. Add 1/5 tsp black pepper, 1/3 tsp salt, and 1/5 tsp red chili powder.
4. Add 100g grated carrot and 25g chopped green onion.
5. Mix in 3 eggs, 3 tbsp oatmeal, and 2 tbsp wheat flour.
6. Heat 1 tbsp cooking oil in a pan, pour the mixture, and cover the lid. Cook for about 5 minutes.
7. Flip it over and fry the other side for 4 minutes.
