Here are some helpful hints for compression stockings:
• Apply stocking first thing in the morning & wear until evening
• Use gloves when applying (thick dishwashing gloves are best)
• Hand washing your stockings is recommended or in a garment bag in mild detergent if using washer
(Do not use Woolite or fabrics softener & do NOT place in the dryer!)
• Apply 2 inches below the knee (as shown in video)
