Joe Strummer, (1952 - 2002) was a British singer, musician and songwriter. He was the co-founder, lyricist, rhythm guitarist and co-lead vocalist of punk rock band the Clash, formed in 1976. - wiki-
Sid Griffin is an American singer, songwriter, guitarist-mandolinist, bandleader, and author who lives in London, England. He led the Long Ryders band in the 1980s, has recorded several solo albums, and is the author of volumes on Bob Dylan, Gram Parsons and bluegrass music.
King Cotton is an American Texas blues singer born in 1945. He was the lead vocalist and founding member of the blues/rock band Navasota in 1969. King Cotton achieved particular notoriety in the past two decades due to his appearance with John Cusack and Tim Robbins in the 1988 film Tapeheads.
