The potatoes I reveal today are a bit of a mystery as to which variety they are, as when I bought the seed potatoes I thought I was buying Rooster potatoes, but when I got them back to the allotment there was no label on the packet, so I wasn't able to tell which variety I had planted until now.
These potatoes are the first row of potatoes I planted on the first week of the lockdown.
Since I wasn't sure whether we would allowed to go to the allotments during the lockdown I decided to plant a couple of rows and do the final earthing up straight away, like the farmers do.
