Hello, This is Mike. I am professional with ice machines.
Here, I am making a video to show my 5 tons/day capacity tube ice machine.

This is the machine.
This is machine can make 5 tons of ice tubes everyday, per 24 hours.
This is the machine's compressor, this is the water cooling condenser, and this is the evaporator.

Bitzer piston compressor, 15HP.
15HP is big enough for our 5 tons/day capacity tube ice machine, while other Chinese 5 tons/day machines are with 25HP compressors.

Why my machine's compressor is so much smaller?
Why my machine is so much more power-saving ?

There is 1 reason and 1 reason only.
Technology difference.
My tube ice machine is flooded refrigeration system.
Other Chinese tube ice machines are dry expansion refrigeration systems.

We can do a rearch about these 2 kinds of systems.
We will find out that the flooded refrigeration systems are much much more efficient and power-saving.

The ice generator is filled with a lot of refrigerant.
Other Chinese tube ice machines' evaporators are filled with only a little refrigerant. The liquid refrigerant never reach this level.
My machine's evaporator is filled with more refrigerant, and more heat can be absorbed from the water, when the refrigerant expands inside.
The compressor is put into full use.
Other Chinese tube ice machine, the liquid supply is unwisely controlled by the stupid thermal expansion valve(s).
They must use bigger compressors to do the same thing, and more electricity is consumed.

Using my power-saving tube ice machines can make your ice business at least 30% more profitable than using other Chinese tube ice machines.
