Disclaimer 1: You get the crystals by claiming Z missions but the mission that gives most of the crystals caps out at 1000 Z or Z+ rerolls but that 10k crystals from those missions alone (you can still so the a equips or higher for crystals it will just take longer)

Disclaimer 2 :I want to say that this is unlimited but takes a lot of resources
and is extremely tedious

Here are the steps on how I did this:
Step 1: Go into the Ultimate Equipment Collection Event

Step 2: Find a Unique Equipment ( the ones that can only be put onto a particular character) and use energy and skip tickets until you get one with a red first slot (doesn't matter if its a C or D equip)

Step 3: Upgrade the equipment and reroll the second slot until the equipment hits Z or Z+

Step 4: Reroll the 3rd slot and if you followed the steps correctly it should always reroll to Z or Z+
