Everything you Need to Know About PMP Audit 2023

Scott Payne advises on how to deal with a PMP application audit, which is randomly selected by PMI. He suggests not to panic and shows what the audit process looks like in the PMI dashboard. The applicant needs to provide a transcript of academic education, certificates for professional education entries, and names and emails of former and current colleagues who can verify their professional experience.

Scott explains that the two required documents, all the references, one for each project, are automatically populated and need to be completed within 90 days. The applicant needs to upload PDFs of their academic and professional education, and fill in the reference information, including the person's full name, email, and a note, which will be sent out by PMI for verification. Once completed, the job is done, and PMI will take three to five days to evaluate and approve the audit.
