In 1968 a teenager was walking in his neighborhood in Lansing, Illinois, when he saw something flying towards him. He soon realized, in shock, that it was a pterosaur (commonly called a "pterodactyl" or "flying dinosaur").

He looked around, hoping someone else would see it too, but there was nobody around. When the flying creature was close, the boy yelled as loud as he could at the thing, which turned its head towards him and opened its mouth, revealing big teeth.
