Spain’s National Road Transportation Committee has announced a strike for the 20th, 21st and 22nd of December to protest what it calls the Spanish government’s failure to address a crisis in the sector: a rise in the cost of diesel, described as a “deathblow to a sector that has been struggling since before the pandemic.”
