Ingredients

Extra firm tofu: 800 grams
Salt: As per taste
Black Pepper: As per taste
Sesame Oil: 2 Tbsp
Minced Garlic 2 Tbsp
Green Onion: 1 Tbsp
Soy Sauce: ¼ Cup
Room Temp Water: ¼ Cup
Cornstarch: 1 Tsp
Sugar: 1 Tbsp
Green onions: Garnish
Sesame Seeds: Garnish
pat dry the tofu
Cut the tofu into small blocks
Sprinkle with salt and pepper
Bake at 325 degrees Celsius for 45 minutes
In a hot pan, add sesame oil
When heated add the garlic and green onion
Add soy sauce; water, corn starch and sugars
Let the sauce boil and thicken
Take the tofu out of the oven
Place in a bowl and drizzle over with sauce
Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds
