What is Time Impact Analysis?
While Time Impact Analysis TIA focuses on the effect of the delays on the updated as planned program, by imposing the delays one by one on the updated as-planned schedule and compare it with the updated as-planned to see the event effect on the schedule,
with the delay included. It looks to calculate the duration variance between the two schedules to provide the contractor with a basis for estimating the delay impact.
