Hi everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a look together at this Global Link right hand side Bluetooth RV entry door locking latch kit. This Bluetooth lock is going to give you a keyless entry option for your towable RVs. The mobile app that you can download for free from the iOS store, or the Android store, is going to let you lock and unlock your door from your smartphone. And this does include a built-in LED touch pad, and it includes a default code. And the battery is also included, which is a nice touch.

And I wanted to point out, since we're talking about batteries, that this does have a low battery indicator light. So you'll be able to clearly see that on the inside of your RV or camper, when that battery is starting to go low. And then the battery does go here, so you'll just need a screwdriver to loosen and remove that cover, and then replace the battery. So it's gonna be very easy to know when you need a new battery, and to replace it when you do. The right hand full size handle, as you can see, is very easy to grip, I can get all four of my fingers through there.

And this is of course for a door that has the hinge on the right hand side. So it'll open up like that. And the handle is very secure, very durable, very easy to use when this is unlocked. And if you notice, this does have dual locks. And those dual locks are gonna let you secure only the exterior handle, or both the exterior handle and keypad.

The interior handle remains unlocked for an emergency exit. So I wanted to show you, this does come with two keys. And I'm gonna go ahead and lock the top lock. And that's going to lock the exterior handle. But then, you're still going to be able to use the interior handle that's going to remain unlocked.

I'm gonna go ahead and unlock this. But then, this does have an integrated deadbolt system that's going to give you added security. The plunger doubles as a deadbolt when locked by the keypad. The app on your phone, the lower key cylinder, or the red deadbolt turn on the back plate. So that design is gonna lengthen the battery life and create less tension and stress on the handles when the travel trailer's not parked or leveled. So lemme go ahead and just give you a brief demonstration of that. I'm gonna insert my key. And so, the handle on the outside is locked. Turn this around. And the handle on the inside is locked as well. So that's going to be your deadbolt design. And then, that's going to then unlock it. And then that's unlocked now too, or you can just unlock it with either the keypad, the app, or reinsert the key into the lower lock, so this is going to be a very secure door latch mechanism for you. The cutout is the same size as standard travel trailer locks. It's gonna be 3.75 inches tall and 2.75 inches wide for that cutout. This will install easily with the screwdriver. I did put this together, with the included screws, you're gonna get four screws to put the door handle lock, the door handle latch together. And then I used the two additional screws that came with this to secure the striker on on the door handle. And then you're gonna get another striker, for your travel trailer. And I did wanna point out as well that this does have an emergency release right here, so you won't have to ever worry about getting locked inside of your camper. And this does include, as I mentioned, two keys. And this can be keyed alike, to match other global link locks. And if you wanna order this keyed like you would just simply select the keyed alike option, from the dropdown menu on this product page, and then enter the number of locks in that quantity box. Instructions are also included, to guide you through not only the installation process, but then to walk you through in fuller detail about the operation of the keypad, and the app, so everything is included so you can get up and running with this, and safely and securely lock your RV or trailer.
