To mark the centenary of the Italian Air Force (Aeronautica Militare), a flypast of more than 80 aircraft was conducted over Pratica di Mare Air Base, Rome.

The flypast featured most types in active service with the Aeronautica Militare from helicopters and a UAV to transport and fighter aircraft. It also featured a very special ‘100’ formation constructed out of F-35A Lightnings, Eurofighter Typhoons and AMX’s.
