The Engineering Leadership Development Program (ELDP) prepares outstanding future technical leaders for Lockheed Martin. During this three year program, participants are paired with a mentor and complete three to four rotational assignments that provide exposure to a variety of challenging work environments. The rotational experiences will help you see the “big picture” and develop capabilities in numerous areas important to your discipline.
