PROCTOR, Minn. — Proctor Speedway was filled with a destructive kind of enthusiasm as hundreds waited in the grandstand to watch buses and old vehicles crash into each other at this year’s Mid Summer Night of Mayhem. This year’s race was postponed due to Saturday’s rain, but crowds still roared as automotive mayhem endured on Sunday.
